Fit Club is the first of its kind in the Walton On Thames area and is quickly becoming the next massive fitness trend in the UK. We offer programs that are suitable for all people and utilize all aspects of healthy lifestyle changes to deliver results.

This is Fit Club run by a team of industry supported Fitness and Nutrition guides to help you achieve your wellness, fitness and/or weight loss goals. Fit Club is not just about exercise it’s about a new whole approach to long-term fitness and wellbeing, which includes helping you with your diet & nutrition too! Your results are 80% the food you eat and 20% exercise, so you can see how important the ‘eating’ element is to help you reach your goals! For most people just going to the gym or just joining weight watchers or slimming clubs is not enough, we offer you the complete package under one roof!

This is a unique concept because generally gyms focus purely on fitness; nutrition therapists focus purely on diets, but we all know that the two go hand-in-hand and both things must be addressed simultaneously to get you where you want to be. So for most people, joining a gym, going to Weight Watchers, or cutting down on sugar/beer/puddings alone, is usually never enough! What you need is the complete package! Here it is!

We decided to create some new workouts that are exciting, functional, and outside in the fresh air. Our programs incorporate fun and innovative functional training that help strengthen your body in a way similar to how we move in every day life; concentrating on preventing injuries by working core muscles and improving balance. But it does not end there . . .
