Walton Wellness Fit Club is starting on Sunday 28th July at 9.30am.
Fit Club is not a normal fitness classes or bootcamp…. This is Fit Club run by a team of industry supported Fitness and Nutrition guides to help you achieve your wellness, fitness and/or weight loss goals. Fit Club is not just about exercise it’s about a new whole approach to long-term fitness and wellbeing, which includes helping you with your diet & nutrition too! Your results are 80% the food you eat and 20% exercise, so you can see how important the ‘eating’ element is to help you reach your goals! For most people just going to the gym or just joining weight watchers or slimming clubs is not enough, we offer you the complete package under one roof!
We can help you with: Healthy weight loss – Improving your energy & vitality – Sports nutrition and fitness – Toning up, dropping a jean size – Lifestyle changes & support – Advice on healthy eating
Every week we will provide you with the ongoing support and advice you need to stay on track though the week. And every week after Fit Club we will have recovery smoothies, energy drinks and quick body analysis to track your weekly results as well as motivational hints and tips to keep you inspired. The after party at the wellness centre will contribute to 80% of your Fit Club results and is a critical element of the Fit Club concept!
